…If you know what you require and can provide a detailed image or plans, we will provide you with an estimation of the costs. We may need to make an appointment for a site survey and to resolve small details and material finishes.

If your proposal requires a tailored design solution, we ask for a refundable fee of £160 per design to cover the cost of preliminary drawings. These are CAD and / or rendered sketches. Once you have approved the design drawings, we will provide a detailed specification of your works and an itemised quotation. The preliminary drawing fee is refunded against the manufacturing and installation costs if you proceed.

In both cases you will receive dates for starting and an estimation of completion. To confirm your order we ask for a deposit to reserve a manufacturing slot and to purchase the raw materials. On commissions up to £2000, 50% deposit is required and the balance is due on completion. Whilst on larger commissions we require a third deposit, a further third halfway through the manufacturing and the balance on completion.

During the manufacturing you are welcome to visit our workshop to view the production process. Whether your project is large or small we are on hand to answer any questions, ensuring that your project meets your exact requirements and is delivered successfully.
