... If you know what you require and can provide a detailed image or plans, we will provide you with an estimation of the costs. We may need to make an appointment for a site survey and to resolve small details and material finishes.

If your proposal requires a tailored design solution, we ask for a refundable design fee enabling us to draw up your furniture, single room or project. The fees would be dependant on the size and scale of your project. Once you have approved the design visuals and samples, we would provide a detailed description of your works and an itemized quotation. The design fee is refunded against the production and installation costs if you proceed.

In both cases you will receive dates for starting and an estimation of completion. To confirm your order we ask for a third of the costs to reserve a manufacturing slot and to purchase the raw materials. On small commissions the balance is due on completion, whilst on larger commissions we require a further third halfway through the manufacturing and the balance on completion.

During the manufacturing you are welcome to visit our workshop to view the production process. Whether your projects is large or small we are on hand to answer any questions, ensuring that your project meets your exact requirements and is delivered successfully.
