We offer prospective clients three options shown below.

 

Option One: After a phone call and subsequent 'Home Visit you will receive a written quotation. The quotation will include a written description of the design, specify the materials, construction, finishes and time needed to create your furniture or joinery. Due to fluctuating material prices currently the quotation is only valid for ONE month. 

 

Option Two: In addition to Option One we will produce a detailed and dimensioned line drawing showing the proposed design. The charge for this service is £200.00 per piece of fitted, or freestanding furniture. If you decide to commission us the design charge will be deducted from the total amount.

 

Option Three: This is our full Interior Design service. After the initial design consultation, mood boards, design visuals, three dimensional sketches, samples and line drawings are prepared to show you how the design will look and function in your room. The price is based on a charge of £40 per hour. Once the design proposal is agreed we will then produce an accurate quotation to make and install your project.

 

 

Deposit: When you commission us we require a 40% deposit of the overall cost as a deposit, this reserves your space in our production schedule. The design team will then draw up your design as a technical line drawing with dimensions, (example below) which is emailed to you. Any samples regarding colour and materials will be sent to you to check and look at in your home. Once any changes have been incorporated and the design agreed by the client we will start making.

 

Interim Payment: At approximately halfway through the manufacturing process we will email you images. You are also very welcome to visit our workshop, by appointment, in Essex to see your project first hand. There is an interim payment of 40% at this stage.

 

Balance Payment: The 20% balance is due on the day of installation.

 

Installation: About a week before installation we contact you to arrange a suitable installation date for your bespoke furniture or joinery. Installation takes between 1 - 2 days for a sprayed or lacquered piece of furniture or joinery. It is carried out by our craftsmen that have made your project, we do not subcontract to installers.

 

Guarantee: All our furniture is made about one hours drive from East London at our Essex workshop. It is hand crafted to a very high standard and we do not envisage problems. However you also receive a 5 year guarantee on the craftsmanship of all furniture, and the functional safety of all parts as well as on the quality of materials and surfaces of solid woods, veneers and lacquers.

 

Payments: Payments can be made by BACS or Cheque.
